Primitive and useless dispute resolution system at Telkom

On 30 March 2021 I lodged a complaint with Telkom, referenced ***2 and to-date the matter is not only yet to be resolved but that nobody at Telkom has even had the courtesy of calling me to appraise me on progress report if any. Says a lot about Telkom.
