Prime Video Subscription can not be terminated ?

Did you sign up for the one month free Prime Video subscription offered by Telkom ? While Telkom's offer states that you can cancel at any time, there is no channel to cancel it. Dialing 1021 Option 4 does not help, sending email to cancelatiosn@telkom does nopt help. It is likely impossibel unless you go the route of reporting ***** ?
