I subscribed to Prime video and a few into it have been struggling to cancel it. I'm being sent from pillar to post and the worst is their call center, I had to call them for over 4 hours without anyone answering the call. When my call was eventually answered by a gentleman by the name of Steven/Stephan Mauye, he did not even apologize for the length I held on when I expressed my unhappiness.
