Price Increase not right

Month-to-Month As per Telkom_Invoice_***.pdf attached, the Month-to-Month amount was R529.61 Due to Device instalment Fee RC base which fell away after contract ended The Device Instalment Fee RC is no a discount, it was the Instalment fee charged for paying of the Device

There were no discounts app****

The increase of 1st Of April was CPI_Price_increase_2023_Business_DSL_Prices.pdf page 9 https://www.telkom.co.za/app/media/pdf_documents/CPI_Price_increase_2023_Business_DSL_Prices.pdf It clearly states R599.00 increases to R619.00 however the R599.00 is the fee including the device

I should only be increased As following R529.61 + R20.00 = R549.61 As my device was already paid off

Could you please explain why the rate increase was from R529.61 to R619.00?
