Price increase

<p>Telkom claims they give clients reasonable "prices" but inturn decieve their clients . I have a contract with Telkom and my intial contract payment was R399. For the past few months I have been paying R1000+ . I call the call centre to find out why am i paying these ridiculous prices , I spoke to a consultant by the name of Nkosikhona who advised that someone added an addtional R900 , when I ask who did this , he said it he couldnt see who did this and he will log a query to find out .</p> <p> </p> <p>Service providers should consult with their clients instead of adding uncapped amounts to contracts , this shouldnt be legal , let a person decide if they need additional funds instead of doing so without users authority. </p>
