Sub: Telkom Price Fixing

I am so disappointed on how Telkom employees have been promising my sister that they will correct the pricing for almost two years. She went to Telkom shop at Greenstone to open an accout for data contact. She was quoted R499 but she's been charged more than R900. She went back to her contract and unfortunately her contract doesn't have amounts she signed for. How do they contact their new business? Making people sign plain contract and go change the pricing.

She went to the shop and she's been promised that the account will be fixed sinse month one if the contract until today the amount is not corrected.

Please advice when will this be fixed and when will the credit be passed.
