Prescribed debt/*****ed account

i have no account with telkom mobile people, please remove listing on my name, ***** or else, i do not have any business relations with you, remove the listed account. with immediate effect. where was it opened 2013, this is 7 seven years now, all of a sudden i have an account with you, please remove your things from my profile. even if so its prescribed 6 -7 years, i don't know anything like Telkom on my account.
