Prescribed Account.

Few years ago i had a contract with telkom. Lost my job and couldnt continue paying. Now i got a job trying to get credit but its difficult because my telkom prescribed account is not closed or written off wherever i go they tell me about this account, i cant even get a sim swap or buy a telkom prepaid sim because they say i still owe telkom. Kindly assist as call centre agents cant help me they. simply say im still owing. Telkom outlets simply refers me to the call centre.

Yes its written off my credit report but others creditors still pick it up when applying.
