Prepaid wifi paid but no connection

I purchased a fiber to the home prepaid bundle for R499 on the 25 Dec and there is still no connection after i spent 30 minutes on the phone with a consultant. I called again and was very casually told maybe the payment is not reflecting and to call accounts dept which i did and got a voice recording that they are closed. I purchased another voucher for three days the money has gone off but there is still no connection. Hughly disgusted with this especially at this time of year.
