Prepaid number on my Telkom App.

I reported several times that this prepaid cellphone number # ********** I no longer use for over a year and contacted the call centre to remove it from my name and on my Telkom Online Profile snd on the Telkom Mobile App. They told me it will be removed from my name and Online Profile and the Telkom Mobile App within 24 hours. This is how many days later and still not done. I want this number removed as when I want to view my bill on the Telkom Mobile App it also shows my contract bill amount on the prepaid number as well. Please could you assist me in removing this prepaid number # ********** from this records so that it does not appear on my name and online profile and the Telkom App any more. Thank you in advance.
