PREPAID LINE SUSPENDED NO REASON ***

on 5/2/2016 i received an sms advising that there is suspected rica ***** on my acc and i must got the branch with id and poa. i went to cresta branch on same day they advised all was in order on acc, i received same sms on 7/2/2016 i went to maponya branch they did the same and advised all in order then sent email to address given in sms, [Email Removed] to advise all in order. on 1/3/2016 my phone no. was suspended and i received an sms advising of such and that i must again take id and poa to branch to be rica'd. i called the no. on the sms and susan *** answered and told me that this is not a work no. and i must call the office? i advised her that i have re-rica'd my acc twice this month and branch said they cant see anything wrong. she said i must just go do it again and they must call her and she will tell them what to do. i did so and they called her and she did not know what must be done with the docs she told them to email it to a different email address from the one in the sms and there is no turnaround time. we also called the call centre who logged a case and advised all will be sorted by 5pm yday. my phone no. is still blocked and no one knows why
