Prepaid Land Line Mobile Unit - Account Blocked Can Not Use the Service!!

January 2019 - Received Call from Telkom to say they are discontinuing my Prepaid land line due to copper thefts & they will replace landline with a mobile land line. May 2019 - Finally received mobile handset. Line is blocked "your account has be blocked, please call customer service" I have called customer service so many times, i have lost count... I have paid the annual Prepaid rental & there is credit on the line. Customer Service 10210 - keep saying they will send an email to senior technicians. I hear the same story each time... Unacceptable, how long before this service is going to work. This is my emergency line for my kids and domestic.
