Prepaid fibre voucher refund

Telkom is the service provider for openserve,but they can't resolve issues of prepaid fibre bundle voucher. I bought a voucher it not loaded.telkom agent asked me to contact openserve.openserve asks me to contact Telkom. I'm a fool now.i want my refund. I had to buy another bundle..your service is horrible..this is *******
