prepaid 3g mifi wifi router
This is the third time Telkom have advertised a deal of R 649 for a 3g mifi wifi router with 12 gig of data over 12 months yet despite going to 3 stores none have stock again.
I tried the chat they cant help and told me to call sales, that basically was a **** for my minutes as I called them and they also cannot tell me which stores have stock.
I surmise that this offer is a **** as three times I have tried to buy it and three times none of the stores around me seem to have stock and despite leaving my details nobody ever called me to tell me new stock had arrived.

02 Oct 2017, 11:20Well Telkom clearly don't care about complaints as they took 4 days to respond to the original complaint by basically giving a cut and paste response. It has been 5 days since I was told someone would respond based on the Telkom cut and paste response and still no formal feedback. This is clearly a company that doesn't really value customers.
