I requested for my money to be reversed since 07 Jan 2025, as I log a case on December. My case number is ***6 a call agent told me it will take 3 days to receive funds when I follow back they told me I didn’t submit all the documents then I send them all the docs, the call agent updated wrong number as they just told me that my case is closed
