Pre paid phone service discontinued

<p>I have had a pre paid phone from Telkom for 8 years and today when I went in to report it is not working I was told they do not offer per paid services anymore.</p> <p>No email no sms just you have to figure this out for yourself????</p> <p>The one "consultant" tells me to phone the customer service line to convert the line to a wireless phone. After 45 minutes waiting for the call center to answer the call I am told they do not deal with pre paid customer. I go and sit back in the que to see a "consultant" she takes me back to the phone to call the customer service .......***.</p> <p>Done with Telkom will find another way to have a phone in my home.</p>
