Pre-paid data expiry date inconsistent

I bought 40G data on 17 April that would expire after 61 days. On 20 April, the balance reflected data would expire by 11 May 2022. I have been to 2 Telkom shops and phoned your call center for assistance, but I am not winning. Please rectify.
