Pre-Ordered s22 Plus - Still no phone

My wife and I Pre-ordered the Samsung s22 plus in February.

We still have haven't received my phone. None of the online agents can give me an estimation on when stock will arrive.

I'm considering moving to another network because of this after almost 10 years of being with Telkom.

By the time the phone arrives Samsung would probably not have stock of the buds anymore.

Not happy at all with the telephonic and online application process.
