Praise for Telkom technician Sizwe Hlatshwayo
Hello, Telkom technician Sizwe Hlatshwayo came to my home on Friday to install an ADSL and voice line. There were a few complications during the installation process but he was so patient, helpful and reassuring throughout, and he stayed on sorting these problems out until I was fully set up. He delivered excellent customer service and I would like you to commend him for this.<br> <br> Many thanks, Nicky Rehbock
