Telkom handed me over yet they still try to deduct from my bank account resulting in me having R100 returned debits order fees everytime they deduct. I spoke to someone this morning who insists that they are not deducting however I have sent my bank statement which shows otherwise. If I am handed over stop trying to debit my account, you are costing me more money and I am sure this is not allowed, I will escalate this further as you are costing me money I don't have. If I'm not mistaken it is not lawful for you to hand someone over and still attempt to deduct.
