Potential popi act breach and unauthorised debit orders by collectors

This company has no respect for the popi act. They gave my bank details to debtors collectors to debit my account anytime they want and those people are harassing me, sending several debit orders without arranging with me or even talking to me about it . I doubt this is even legal, the government need to look into this ********* practice undertaken by Telkom. It is unacceptable at all. What is so difficult to make arrangements with customers instead of this practice undertaken by Telkom? Especially when they’re the reason for the delay in payment?
