Post cancellation billing dispute unresolved

Anyway If you want peace stay away from Telkom they will milk you for every cent, cancelled a contract by the end date of the contract, I was billed for a full month, I requested I be refunded a portion of the device subscription from when the contract date ended I'm told it is not possible, decided to cut my loses with them 100% with their insurance services I'm told to cancel 30 days in advance, for Insurance!????? But anyway I have lost money from this pathetic service provider and their subpar network, I'll accept that
