Possibly the worst network ever.

Telkom is the most useless network ever. The mobile app might as well not exist. You cannot chat to an agent live, the call back option is pointless because nobody calls back. Calling the customer care line is beyond frustrating, I have been on hold for 2 and half hours without even speaking to human being. Every single encounter with Telkom is appalling. In stores the service is terrible, call center agents beyond rude. I absolutely hate Telkom. You guys need to do better. I have not spoken to someone who has something positive to say about the service. Disgusting.
