Possible *******ion at Telkom. Someone is pocketing money. On April 22nd , 2018 i purchased a top up for my data sim for the value of R249.00. I was charged twice. The lady at the desk charged my credit card, then said that the amount did not go through. She then asked for cash.

Later i found out that i had been charged. I took my proof of statement as well as my invoice for cash to Telkom Walmer Park where i did the original transaction. I have not been re-imbursed as yet.
