Telkom has recently advertised a Infinite Max Plus deal which has value added lifestyle benefits if you take the contract. I have been a loyal customer for 14 years and decided to take this contract with benefits. From November up until current, nobody at the Telkom store or Contact centre knows about this benefit or how to get it activated. 2 months into this contract and I am still not registered for the benefits. Every time I query the matter is being escalated with no response. I am starting to think that these Lifestyle Benefits are just a ****.
