Porting to Telkom is Hopeless

Recently moved to Telkom from Neotel. Line is active but my Neotel number is not ported to Telkom as yet after 4 weeks, still waiting. Telkom staff are friendly and have admitted that porting with Telkom is problematic. I have checked with the porting company directly and they have no record of my number in the process of porting. Helpline cannot help and Telkom store will send an email and that's about all. No follow up at all. My Neotel service stops end of June !!!!!!!
