PORTING TO TELKOM IS A NIGHTMARE

I ported from MTN last thursday to Telkom. i went into one of their branches in Maponya Mall. First the consultant was rude and secondly she failed to RICA the new telkom simcard. She also gave incorrect information on when i will be able to go online on their network. a week later, despite numerous calls to their call centre i am still offline. the only number i can call is their call centre. i am being sent from pillar to post. its annoying when call centre agents dont know the basic information about the product.
