Porting to Telkom is a nightmare

<p>I find quite appealing that I have ported from MTN to Telkom and in the 3 days I have experienced endless issues, my phone is unable to send SMS’s and now I am unable to even get calls after I have tried to call my own number, spoken to a consultant by the name of Lebo on 20/01/2017 and she has assured me that a case number ( No: ********** 1 ) dated 17/01/2017 has not been touched after the initial consultant assured me the query will be rectified and resolved within 24 hours and the technicians have knocked off, spoke to Vivek ( A team leader / senior agent ) and I have now have to wait till Monday, which is now 23/01/2017. Impressive stuff from Telkom!</p>
