Porting to telkom

I wish I could add zero stars. I've never seen such incompetence in customer service. I've been trying to port to telkom with my MTN number for a week now. All they seem to know what to say when you phone them is wait till end of business today. I have been waiting. For a week. You can't load airtime because they don't transfer your airtime to your new sim so when it eventualy goes through you will lose your money..... infuriating. Terrible terrible service
