<p>what a terrible exprience from Telkom, i took out a new contract with them and for weeks now i have been having a problem with porting my Vodacom number to Telkom. this is so frustrating as i now have to use two numbers. your consultants never know what's happening as well, please can someone sort this out for me urgently. i was given a case number but it seems like no one is looking into this for me. i spoke to Tshepo Ntsane this morning from your call center and he asked me to wait for 24hours and i already logged this case on the 25th of July.</p>

My id number is *** case number ***8 the number i want to port over to telkom is *** and the number i got with my contract is ***. I spoke to one of the teamleaders in the call center yesterday by the name of Jabu Malete and she still hasnt came back to me.

I really need this matter to be sorted out asap.
