Porting out from Telkom

I have ported my number to Telkom more than a month back. From the time I inserted the SIM card there is no service att all. I whent from post to pillar for Telkom to release my number to port back to my previous provider. They completely refuse and say I have to be on their network for 90 days before u can port out from Telkom. This is making it very difficult as I’m am looking for work and have to have access to my phone.
