Porting of Telkom no. taking more than 2 weeks

I have opened a contract with Telkom 2 weeks ago, they were suppose to port my number, my previous network no. is blocked but I'm still not ported. Telkom said it should be done in 24 to 48 hours. 2 weeks later I can't get calls & sms's. This is so frustrating I don't know how many times I've called in and went to the Telkom store.I am really unhappy with the service. I don't know what to do now or who to report to.
