Porting of number to Telkom mobile

I have recently moved from Vodacom to Telkom. On the application I requested that I want to keep my old number as it is known to all and I do NOT want a new number. I want to port my number.

2 Months later and I still have to walk around with 2 phones as no one can port my old number to Telkom.
