Porting not done

I sent an sms to request for porting from mtn to telkom on Sunday 24 Feb 2019. I received ref 3****6931 via sms from Telkom saying my porting will take 24hrs, mtn sent me an sms as well to confirm if I want to port and I did, this was all on the same day. To date my porting hasn't been done. I tried calling Telkom since Tuesday and there is no answer just the machine.
