Porting Not Allowed
<p>Telkom refuses to port my business cell phone numbers as requested.</p> <p>I have been trying for over three months to process an upgrade on my cell lines and when I finally did, they did not offer the completely unlimited package I was originally on. I was migrated to FreeMEwhich turned out to be a nightmare. It's the middle of the month. Most of my contracts are out of airtime. I cannot get hold of my field staff and cannot return customers calls. How do small business stay in business if they have to send their potential customers a "Please Call Me"</p> <p> </p> <p>A warning to other businesses:</p> <p>FreeMe is NOT Free. It costs you future business.</p> <p>Unlimited is NOT unlimited! It is only unlimited to other TELKOM numbers and not to other service providers.</p> <p>Telkom refuses to give me a settlement figure to buy out my contracts so that I can move to Cell C.</p> <p> </p> <p>BUSINESSES BEWARE OF TELKOM!</p> <p>Your future and employees jobs depend on staying away from HELKOM! </p>

Don't you think I tried this before? Don't you think I tried this at least thrice???? Everytime I get told to go to a Telkom Office, I get told I MUST use the Call Centre because it is a business contract. Who do I contact? How do I get this resolved? Stop passing the buck and get someone to help me get away from Telkom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Look into the history of this matter before making recommendations. For F**** Sake. Can someone please help me change my contracts to prepaid and give me a settlement amount?
Realistically, Telkom has been a thorn in my side for over FOUR MONTHS. That's why I want to get out of my contracts.
