porting nightmare

this is third time i'm complaining about the same issue. telkom just don't care. i am losing calls and could not be contacted in an emergency at my home. 6 different people attempted to call me with no luck. the porting of my no. is an absolute nightmare. i want to cancel all three my contracts with telkom. my employer is frustrated with me as he cannot get hold of me. at times it says my no. does not exist.
