Porting Nightmare

hi there<br> <br> i have app**** for the new telkom contract and wanted my number ported , and they advised it will take between 30 min and max 24 hours , it taking more than week and still waiting for the porting .<br> i went back to the store and they could not help me and they just said to wait .. <br> <br> i am wasting money on pre-paid rates and could you please action this ...<br> <br>
