Porting Issues

I thought the service am receiving from MTN SA was bad. However i think Telkom is worse. For 5 weeks I've been trying to port to your network at Telkom Umlazi Mega City. The staff is impatient not willing to explain the issues/problem behind the delays. They will just tell you rudely that system is off line or the are no sim cards. This has been happening for 5 weeks mind you. Please someone explain to me if this is a general network problem across the country and if so what is beeing done to sort this out or is it only this one store that's affected.
