Porting issue

Telkom Mobile is frustrating me.. even since I ported from Vodacom I’m unable to receive calls from Vodacom. I’ve called the service desk and there’s no help. I went to the store in Menlyn and it doesn’t look like they can help either... I’m a new Telkom customer and I’m considering cancelling my contract due to this lack of service
