Porting failer from mtn to telkom mobile

<p>I've been trying to port from mtn to telkom since last month,they send me an sms that says my ICCIC is not complete whereas it's complete because my ICCIC digits are 19 but they need 20 digits please help I donot know what to do now.</p>
