Portal not working properly, please email me my accounts for Feb and Mar so i can pay them

Hello . i forgot to pay my bill last month, the portal does not reflect the latest statements and i had a Chat with a lady called Nompumelelo which didn't solve my problem . . please can you send me my invoice and statement for Feb 2018 and is there a way to fix the portal so i can see my accounts there and pay them?
