Port taking 5 plus days???

So my brother took out contracts and gave them to me and hubby. He called to port our numbers on monday. Its saturday and still not working. One of the sims was even reistered under a different name? Now how could they give him that card? On thursday a manager would have nontacted him and still nothing. Worst customer service ever... absolutely pathetic.
