port profile limited to 2.6 M
<p>The last 3 months this has happened 3 times and every time I have to phone in and have the change my port profile from 2.6 to what it should be and what I pay for 4M line. How can telkom change my line speed that I pay for to a lower speed?</p>
Just as an update my port profile was set to the correct setting and my internet was working but now today I am sitting with slow internet and disconnects. I have been a costomer of telkom for about 5 years and been very happy but lately your service has been so bad that I am really considering changing my isp.
