port out saga

I had ported my number from MTN to Telkom MObile for quite some time now. I have had very minimal hassles with the network, which is great! until last night. When my sister & boyfriend told me that they are unable to call my number as it goes straight to voicemail. I tried to phone them using my number that I have been always using, however a different number comes up an 061 number.

So I decide to phone customer services and the lady i spoke to tells me that my number has been ported out, so I should phone Cell C to port it back. At this pointed I and TOTALLY annoyed to say the least so I asked who requetsed the port-out and after putting me on hold for quite a long time, she told me it wasn't initiated by them but it was the system!
