Port my number now I can't receive calls

<p>Last year I have ported my cellphone number from FNB Mobile to Telkom Mobile. All went well and i was very impressed until I realised that when people call me from other networks they are notified that my number doesnt exist. I have contacted Telkom on numerous occasions with the promise that they will look into it, but to date nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is now becoming a problem as I am loosing business. Can this be resolved or must I port my number to another network.</p>
