Port into telkom, impossible

Good day

I have been trying to port my number to telkom for the past month, im have been on telkom online chat and they were not very helpful, i phoned for assistance and they could not help either, i search on telkom website how to port my number, i send multiple sms to PORTME and i got no response. i phone the call centre and i lady told me that the PORTME services is currently not working and i need to go into the telkom shop to get my number ported.

Really now.... i bought my telkom sim card at telkom shop, the guy told me to use the SMS services to port my number as they cannot do it at the shop.

Now i must go back to the telkom shop..........

this is the worst service i got, and i am trying to use telkom as my service provider and if it starts off like this then i dont think that i will move over to telkom.
