Port in query

<p>Hi, I ported my number to Telkom from Mtn last week Friday it was ported in successfully, now the problem is my MTN sim card is not yet disconnected which means now I'm using 2 sim cards on 2 different network with 1 number and its really frustrating me because on the Mtn sim card I receive calls from other networks and on the Telkom sim card only Telkom calls, I called your call centre several times with no help, I was taken up and down and the last consultant I spoke to today her name was Thuli and she put me on hold for 23min and ended up putting the phone down on me, so can you please assist in looking into my query asap.
