Port In Prepaid number to contract Number

I went to the Nicol way telkom on the 03 of October to get a contract phone. I askwd the guy to port my current prepaid number to contract number.. Guess what? Still not done call center is not assisting. And the guy from the store is not answering the phone. So frustrating!! Turn around time is 72 hours I was told and 9 days later NOTHING!
