Port from Telkom to MTN due to bad network

Good day. I have requested Telkom to release my number so that I can port back to MTN. I have still not received a confirmation on processing the request. This is frustrating as I'm unable to do banking and struggling to access the internet.

Please release my number so that I can port to MTN ASAP
