Port from FNB to Telkom Mobile

I went to Southgate Telkom Store on Tuesday around 4.00pm to port my number from FNB to Telkom. They rica'd the sim card and told me it will take 48hrs. After 140hrs number still not ported.

FNB phoned on thursday( 17-08-2017)last week to confirm they have released the number to telkom. Now telkom needs to accept.
